A Baffle Bag has pieces of fabric or other material sewn across each corner of a tubular
or 4-Panel bag to improve a bag’s squareness, appearance, improve the stability of the
load and to more efficiently utilize storage or shipping space.
Baffles are extra fabric panels or pieces of string sewn into each of the bag’s four
corners. This reinforcement allows the bag to better hold it’s square shape when filled
making them easier to store side by side or stack.
Bulk bags are also known as Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) or Jumbo Bag is economical and ideal packing used for the storage & transportation of powdered, granulated or bulk products. FIBC bags are manufactured by polypropylene woven fabrics that are stabilized against UV degradation.
